What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your Sunski products for any reason, you can return them to us within 30 days if unused and in all its original packaging for a full refund. A restocking/shipping fee of $7.25 will be charged to the same credit card used for purchase.
Is there a return fee?
All returns include a shipping/restocking fee of $7.25 to help cover the cost of shipping and processing the item back into our warehouse.
Can I cancel or change my order after it is placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel or change your order. You can easily do an exchange/return once it is received.
Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to adjust the shipping address or payment method.
Can I exchange a product for another?
Yes! You can easily exchange using the returns link above. Once our warehouse receives your returned product, your exchange order will be processed. Exchanges are completely free and do not include shipping fees.
Can I return a lens kit?
Lens Kits are non-returnable and refundable even if they are unopened.
Can I return an exchanged item?
Exchanged products are final sale and cannot be returned once received.
Can I exchange a sale item for another and get sale pricing after the sale ends?
After a sale ends, we can no longer honor sale pricing. You will receive an exchange credit for the value of the sale priced item.
Can I return a gift?
Yep! Follow the ‘Begin Return or Exchange’ link above. If you don't have the order number, no worries —our returns portal will prompt you for different information and Sunski’s customer support team will happily help facilitate your gift return or exchange.
How long does it take to process the return and receive my refund?
We try to do it lightning fast. Once your return is received at our warehouse, your return will be processed. We aim to process your return within 7 days. Please note that once a credit card refund has been issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank to reflect that transaction on your account statement.

Can I return my item to a store?
Items purchased from our website may not be returned at a Sunski dealer retail store.
Can I return my store purchase through the mail?
Items purchased in store must be returned to the retailer you purchased from and cannot be returned through our website.
Can I include multiple returns in the same package?
Please do not mix and match products from different orders into returns. If you need to return two orders, please make sure they are in their own boxes with their own labels, so our warehouse can receive them correctly. Multiple products from the same order can be returned together.

Can I re-use a discount or credit from a Sunski rewards account if I return or exchange an item?
Once you use a discount or credit from your rewards account to make a purchase, it cannot be re-applied for a return or exchange.
