Returns and Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with your Sunskis for any reason, you can return them to us within 30 days if unused and in all its original packaging. If you decide to keep the sticker inside the box, we won't come after you... We will process a refund for the item itself, but not for shipping. A shipping fee of $7.25 will be charged to the same credit card for a return. USPS increased their rates, so unfortunately, we must as well to keep up. Thanks for understanding! Lens Kits are non-returnable and refundable even if they are unopened. Thank you for understanding.
Just use the same returns portal with the link at the bottom of this page, and you will be able to choose which pair you want to exchange for right away - plus, you'll get $5 off the shipping cost! Once the warehouse receives your returned Sunskis, they will automatically create another order for you with the pair you want in exchange - no additional cost on shipping - email confirmation and all. Lens Kits cannot be returned, and exchanged products are final sale and cannot be returned once received, so please keep that in mind!
Discounted Items: Please note, that if you used a discount or a credit from your rewards account (when these existed) that they cannot be re-applied for another purchase if you return or exchange.
If you scored new sunnies during our sale periods, please note that the sale price will not be matched for exchanged items after 15 days from purchase date. Thank you for understanding!
For international orders, we'll refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within the same 30-day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer return shipping labels for international returns at this time.
If you were GIFTED Sunskis you can still exchange them! Just follow the same process with the link below and click the button that says "Start Here" below "Returning or Exchanging a gift?". If you don't have the order number that's fine, our returns portal will prompt you for different information that will then be sent to our customer support team to sort out.
